ON-BOARD WEIGHING
Robust weighing cells combined with calibratable weighing electronics are the stable heart of TROPPER on-board weighing. Our scales with calibration class III are calibrated in-house at Tropper. The weight is permanently visible on the remote control; You deliver exactly what the customer needs - the wood pellets are delivered to your customers gently, precisely and in sufficient quantities. The delivery note can be printed out on site.

VACUUM VEHICLES
Experience in suction technology since 1977.
Tropper silo vehicles can also be produced as powerful suction silos on request. This allows you to quickly vacuum free-flowing products such as grain / pellets. The chamber system in the silo makes it possible to refill with new goods immediately after the storage space has been emptied, without having to travel further. This saves money and additional travel costs. The vacuumed goods are weighed directly on site using our calibrated on-board scales.
Suction Trailer
Suction and blower attachment for trailers and flatbed trucks Compact, flexible and self-sufficient and with its enormously high suction power as strong as the big ones. Flexibility of use as a mobile service for smaller quantities that can be blown out or sucked in. Even without a truck driver's license. For use on either a trailer or van, the whole unit is flexibly built on a frame and can be moved using a forklift or crane.
CLEANING VEHICLES
We took the problem seriously:
Clean the pellet room - dust off the pellets - fill the pellet room and all this with just one journey
When is the best time to clean? With the pellet cleaner, the question no longer arises, the earliest date is the best. Ideally, just before refilling, if there are only a few remaining stocks, then we will fill up your warehouse. In the event of a heater malfunction, you can also extract larger quantities and separate them from the dust. After the storage room has been cleaned, the cleaned pellets can be gently blown into the Tropper. And new pellets can also be supplied, depending on the silo size. The vacuumed goods are weighed directly on site using our calibrated on-board scales.
